CALL FOR PARTICIPATION

A limited number of places is available. Selection will be made according to a CV and a short motivation letter. Requests should be received before June 15.
Registration fees, corresponding to hotel costs and covering all local expenses during the conference are:
- 865$ for an individual room; - 625$ for a room shared with another participant.
Depending on the final budget available, a limited number of registration fees will be reimbursed for students.

- A CV and a short motivation letter;
- For a reimbursement request for students, a reference letter from a
professor;
- Specify whether the registration is for a single or double room.
