Dear CRM friends:
I have the pleasure of announcing the nomination of François Bergeron (UQAM) to the position of acting director of the CRM. Dr. Bergeron has been playing an active role in CRM for many years. He knows how it functions and has an excellent knowledge of the Canadian mathematical community.
On behalf of the CRM community, I wish to welcome François to CRM and thank him for having accepted the position. I wish him best of luck and want to assure him of the support of the CRM community.
I also want to report that the process to find a director is progressing well. We will keep you posted.
