Colloquium presented by Claude Bardos (Université Paris-Diderot (Paris 7))
In this talk I want to do the following things: 1. Recall a certain number of examples of pathological behavior of solutions of Euler or Navier-Stokes-like equations. 2. Relate these behaviors to the intuitive or statistical notion of turbulence. 3. Compare the principles of statistical turbulence with the description of weak limit in terms of Wigner measures. 4. Finally compare with some results on the complex singularities.
